2. Certificate Acceptance Disclaimer

Samson Strong CPR issues digital CPR, First Aid, and AED certificates upon successful completion of the course and final exam. While our curriculum is aligned with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines and OSHA workplace safety standards, we make no guarantee that any certificate issued will be accepted by any specific employer, licensing board, regulatory agency, or government body.

It is solely the student's or purchasing organization's responsibility to verify in advance whether our certificate will satisfy their specific employer requirements, state licensing requirements, or industry regulations before purchasing. Samson Strong CPR is not liable for any losses, costs, or consequences arising from an employer or regulatory body declining to accept a certificate issued by us.

3. Course Content and Alignment

Our courses are designed to align with current American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines and OSHA general industry standards for CPR and First Aid training. All course content is provided for educational purposes only. Completion of this course does not make you a licensed medical professional or first responder. In any emergency situation, always contact emergency services (911) immediately. Samson Strong CPR assumes no liability for outcomes resulting from the application or misapplication of any techniques taught in our courses.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Samson Strong CPR, its owner, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our courses, certificates, or website.
