Samson Strong CPR is operated by Samson Strong LLC. We provide online CPR, First Aid, and AED certification courses at samsonstrongcpr.com. You can contact us at sampsonstrong.dean@gmail.com.

We collect the following information when you use our site:

• Account information — your name and email address when you create an account or enroll in a course.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe may retain payment data under their own privacy policy.
• Course activity — lesson progress, quiz results, exam scores, and certificate issuance date.
• Agency information — organization name and seat purchase details for employers who purchase bulk seats.
• Usage data — pages visited, browser type, and general location via analytics tools (Google Analytics 4). This data is aggregated and not linked to your identity.

• To create and manage your account
• To deliver course content and track your progress
• To issue your CPR certificate upon completion
• To process and confirm your payment
• To send transactional emails (enrollment confirmation, certificate delivery)
• To respond to questions or support requests you send us

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the site:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymized site usage analytics
• Cloudflare — site hosting and content delivery

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and to collect anonymized analytics. No marketing or advertising cookies are used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work correctly without them.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and course completion records for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide proof of certification. You may request deletion of your account by emailing sampsonstrong.dean@gmail.com. Note that deletion of your account will remove access to your certificate.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at sampsonstrong.dean@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

Our courses are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and trusted third-party infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
